To the free people of the world, to all those who refuse to let silence become a cover for crime…
In the darkness of prison cells, among the worst on earth, Palestinian detainees are no longer facing imprisonment and abuse alone; they are confronting a clear and systematic plan of execution. Through the “Red Ribbons” campaign, we declare to the world that the occupation has completed the pillars of its crime. Execution is no longer a passing statement, it has become a reality legitimised by the Knesset and endorsed by judges. Even more alarming, reality has revealed the willingness of “doctors” to participate in carrying out these killings, in a precedent that tramples over all international ethical and medical conventions.
These are not merely prisoners; they are hostages whose freedom has been taken to break the will of a people. Among them are children robbed of their innocence, women, doctors, and patients battling both illness and their jailers. According to the latest statistics as of March 2026, we place before you your historic responsibility:
● 9,446 hostages in prisons of death.
● 3,442 administrative detainees held without charge or trial.
● 350 children and 79 women facing an unknown fate behind bars.
● 1,249 people from Gaza subjected to enforced disappearance under the label of “unlawful combatants.”
● 88 martyrs have died in prisons since October 2023, bringing the total number of prisoner movement martyrs to 325, while the occupation still withholds the bodies of 766 detainees.
Because our silence fuels their executioners, we have chosen to act.
Mark the dates: 16, 17, and 18 April 2026, three days to tell the world: they will not fade away in silence. We will turn every square, every street, and every digital platform into a space demanding their right to live.
How can you take part?
● Raise their photos: Let the faces of detained hostages haunt the global conscience everywhere.
● Red ribbons: Hang red ribbons in visible places alongside their images, a colour symbolising their precious blood and their right to life.
● Act in every way: Organise vigils, write, speak out, and raise your voice against injustice.
They are there for us… will we be here for them?
Freedom for the prisoners… freedom for humanity.
